How much you offer for COF? In case you spray onto her hair, you have to pay her expenses for shampoo in a hair saloon plus transportation expenses as well.

Its safe to bet that most would offer if for an additional fee. Especially those Asian independents would likely do anything if the price was right. So just call them and ask how much extra you need to pay.
