If oil price goes up.
But when Bank of Canada lower the rate, it will go down vs USD.
USD may go up another .25% come March or April.

Big time jump for USD to CAD conversion.  Now mid market rate 1.3753.
Did not see such a high rate before.

Reason,  Oil drops big time,  US will raise interest rate in June and not Canada.  thought Canada really should raise mortgage rate to dampen the housing market in Toronto.  US economy will grow if the infrastructure work starts, US employment going up due to Trump asking for Make America Great slogan.  He tweets to any CEO intending to move jobs to overseas by harrassing the hell out of them.
