There used to be a topic on Golf, now it has disappeared.  So, I am setting one up again, so that all future golf related matters will be placed here.

To start with, here is a video on "Tiger Woods Best Ever Golf Shot".

It was the best shot, not only that the shot was difficult, it was exciting, particularly when the ball lingered on the lip of the cup for a short while B4 it dropped, it was also important because it was played in a Major championship (1 of 4 Major in the world of golf), so it received world-wide coverage:

A few noticeable facts:

1.  Tiger was at the peak of his career.
2.  Tiger was attempting to repeat the same achievement by Lee Trevino (?, not sure, please check) of winning both US and Canadian Open in the same year.
3.  Tiger trailed until the very last hole, he needed a birdie to win.  His tee shot went into a bunker which was about 200+ yds from the pin, BUT there was a pond between the sand trap & the green.  Seemed to be a hopeless case but Tiger's ball came out of the sand trap, travelled high & long & landed on a slope and on the high side of the pin.  He then rolled the ball into the hole & won the Open by one shot.
(I played at Glen Abbey GC after that just to satisfy my curiosity.  Yes, that was an impossible shot from that location & with that pressure!)

Not just 216 yards, there was water hazard in between, plus the ball had to land on the green, no more than 15' from the pin, finally he must hole it with one putt!

A few years after Tiger won the Canadian Open, I went just to see how difficult was that shot.  I decided to play safe, went around the pond & carded 5 strokes from there, not from the tee off spot!

That is why Tigers made millions playing golf + free pussies in the evening!

As much as I like Tiger Woods! Did anyone watch Famers insurance tournament, his swing totally different from before, There is a lack of power and leg drive. Now he has withdrawn from his next tournament!
Golf needs Tiger!!!!

He played too many holes in the bedroom.  

If I were him, I cannot even hold a golf club with that many rounds of "hole in one"!
