Either try calling from another number or just wait a bit longer.

Of course, it is an exaggeration, or the keeper is ignorant of what cup-size means.

A = 1" above base
B = 2" above base
C = 3" above base, and so on.....
G = 7" above base, that is about the size of a small water melon.

May be it is G as in passing the driver test from G2 to G.  So she is good enough to be driven.
