North York is 2 in 1 room. MM opens the door and the keeper is rarely there or there at all. There is a web cam you will have to pass by to get to your room. Keeper use this to keep track of time.
Markham is a new condo and I have only been there once. Keeper was there when I arrived with a big dog (Husky) but was gone when I left. You park at the underground visitor parking and take the elevator straight up. No access card or buzz code require to go underground nor to elevator from visitor parking. However you will lose cell phone signal so make sure you get all the details before driving down the ramp. Do not walk up the stairs and exit outside from parking, you will be stuck out!
