I don't own any of these and have never been in either one, however, based on reviewers' presentation, the BMW has more gadgets/futuristic than required and the rear seats are more comfortable, i.e. the driver cannot enjoy them; get a chauffeur if you want to!

So, if I hit the lottery jackpot today, MB is probably the one for me.

A while back, dropping off friends kids for swimming in North NJ.  I parked next to a S550 first.
Then after the swim to pick up my Accord,  ANOTHER S550 on my other side.  I feel like a beggar in the parking lot.  You realized what my feeling was  !!!!!!!!
