Interesting video to share:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= ... C-uJ2DdHDToQjtksFxV

Besides occassional goverment probaganda and self comfort (claims that all weapons are developped internally...not true at all), the video is pretty good and unbiased. This shows some of the Chinese Military crafts in real life. I am a subscriber of the U.S Military Channel and watched a lot of technical review of Western Military crafts. China still have a long way to catch up, but good job overall. The improvement over the past 10 years was enormous.

Hope they spend their money efficiently, cut away all corruptions and continue to work hard!

Thanks for sharing. I love following China's military developments. Unfortunately due to low transparency, the only information that we outsiders can gain knowledge of is military hardware. The 2 biggest weaknesses I see right now is corruption most of all, and also the reliance on foreign nations for critical components such as engines.

If we look back to the Sino-Japanese war more than a century ago, China's navy, more specifically the Beiyang fleet looked impressive on paper with all its imported ships and weapons. Foreign nations all thought China would totally crush the Japanese. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. China's navy was too corrupt to fight, and much of the imported weapons turned out to be defective once tested in battle. This is a disturbing precedent that today's Chinese navy may be no better than it was a century ago due to staggering amounts of corruption within the ranks all the way through to the top brass.

Hope they spend their money efficiently, cut away all corruptions ~~~ Thanks god to 习近平 whom continues the efforts that started by 朱熔基. [Don't see these in 胡温!]

Also thanks to 邓小平 whom set-up 10-years-term for administration.

Corruption is norm in human beings. Not easy to tackle but a must to fix it. God bless 习近平.

Found some intereting and relatively tank discussion:

1. Chinese tank development, and self reflection
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaoLQnu8XPE

2. Chinese version of Greatest Tank battle from discovery (1991 Golf war)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxgTCrRezaM

China shall never become complecent. Constant self evaluation is very important, or it will face total destruction in a real conflict.
