I disagree with #15, which is Philippines.  Based on photo, that is an Eurasian, a mix between local and Spanish or local and American.  This mix is called "mastissa" for females and "mastisso" for males.

Philippines were colonized by Spain for a long time.  Subsequently, USA "liberated" Philippines from Spain but established themselves as the new colonial master of Philippines until after WWII!

In recent years, this type of mix is getting less and less as Philippines reclaimed its independence.

The "authentic" Filipinos (for both genders, if females are being referred to, they are called Filipinas) have a brownish complexion (slightly lighter than Sri Lankans).  In terms of eyes, I would agree that Filipinas have pretty eyes.

Almost all S. E. Asian countries are on the list, e.g.  Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Mynmar (check spelling), Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, & Taiwan (strictly speaking, no longer a country as only a handful of countries still have diplomatic relationship with Taiwan).

South Korea, Japan, China, and Singapore didn't make it to this list.
