Just goes to prove that at the end of the day, only MM quality matters. Everything else is moot.

Wolves here will swear to god that they will never go back to such and such a garage because of poor customer service. Well, the keepers know in their hearts that they can treat customers like shit, but once they get a new hot girl, those same customers that left huffing and puffing will just come crawling back on their hands and knees.

my prediction was a bit off.. i predicted MW and Toe will be #1 and #2, based on 42 wolves, my prediction was only half right. MW is indeed the best in terms of Customer Service/ Public relation despite the recent fake photo incident. most wolves still have faith and love for MW:)

#2 is ZP, probably have more or less to do with Cathy and Hime, besides good CS

#3 ED not a surprise here

toe is #4 with ASB.. toe u should update ur online schedule more frequently, that would be ur first step to improve ur customer service
