Which Garage has the best keeper services in your exp?

1st. The Korean Keeper used to have a garage called “Korean girlfrie ...

But like you, my best experiences -- in terms of customer service anyway -- have come from dealing with the smaller garages.
Very positive interaction with Timmy, Mia, Joy and Vivi.

I think zenful provides best keeper services among all Chinese keepers in today's market.

Fair enough. Absolutely agree with you. The odds for 100 times visits garage to have a mistake is definitely more than new opened garage.

But consider the bonding factor, too. Like brother happy said. It seems like the more you visit, the better services you will have. So it is worth mention that new garage can treat new client as well as the one you always repeat.

The bonding factor is huge. I agree. But impressing a client from the start is pretty powerful too. Yep.

TOE, ZP, ED, and PG -- each of them (in different ways) went above and beyond the call of duty my first time at their shops. Super accommodating.

I'll try to vote tomorrow. But I'm gonna have to weigh a lot of stuff in my mind.

What are the key success criteria to measure best customer service?  Depending on the criteria some people weight more on some variables then others.   Also customer service could vary depending how well the keeper knows  you based on your visit frequency.   Especially, if they know your handle on forums and is a prolific reviewer they will treat you like a VIP.

2012 poll For relative reference.  #2 Keeper  didn't survive for whatever reason.  So Customer Service is only 1 part of the equation for keeper success.

Scarborough Garden, Kitty is nice to talk with, and she is willing to make " custom arrangement" for special request. Many garage like MW like simply said, "We dont have that type of services"
