i will have to bring a phone if i wanna continue with the plan, which will expire in 5 months, now they wiped out the $80 remaining balance of the phone and $50 cancellation fee so why not?

i dont wanna spend $70+/month for iphone 5s either, so we worked out a plan, pay a little extra for the phone and less for the plan/month...

problem is that this account belongs to my dad, but he's not in town and he cant be there at the store physically to sign the contract so theres a bit of trouble...

this rep. on the phone is figuring something out, a way to come around...
