That's a scary feeling. That means you are "attached" to her emotionally. But that doesn't necessary mean true love. It could be a transient state because of your personally relationship problems.

i personally rarely repeat, but i would, i don't think that's a scary feeling as long as u can isolate ur real life from hunting, keep ur 2 identities separated, in that one hour session is where fantasy meets reality :) to me, whichever mm or civilian makes me happy is true love.
just remember, email is ok, no personal # and no work information or home address. enjoy but proceed with caution....mms are girls afterall... sinking is not exclusively for wolves.

Isolating feeling is very difficult. Usually, it happens subconsciously. By the time you figure it out, you are already in deep shit. And so yes, it's very important to keep things at arm's length.
I gave all-in to one MM before. It's so difficult to cut loose 100%.
Now, I keep all MMs at arm's length. Even when MMs want to get closer, I try to stay at a distance and not give false hopes and expectation to MMs.
I like to use FB. But I really hate how they keep changing the fucking default settings, so that you become more visible and exposed to privacy leak. Mark is an evil genius.
