Oh, I gave her my email, and asked her to get in touch the next time she comes back to TO.

I have quit the hobby for years once... so yes, it can be done.

I am just at a very good place right now, mentally... completely at ease.  I am not forcing myself to quit, nor was it due to other outside factors such as financial burden or guilt.  I feel completely satisfied and content, and I don't feel like I'm missing the scene.  Walking towards the sunset right now with a smile on my face... the only thing that could make it better would be a pair of Barbie's stockings draped over my shoulders to accompany my stroll. ;)

Of course it will only take one private message from Apoc or Ah Wong sir telling me they have found another one JUST LIKE Barbie!!!   What got me out of retirement last time was a hot 19 year old italian indy who got in and out of the business for only a month or so, and a partner-in-crime I met on the other board haha, and that was 4 years ago!
