1. High service expectations - CIM, RIM, etc.

He made things very easy for girls ex. visa/repatriating money. He was responsible for almost every top girl ex. Pia, roxy, cathy etc.

These girls have options. They are in demand all over the world. HK>Singapore>Sydney>Los Angeles etc.

Great analysis.. makes perfect sense. I didn't consider the weakness of the Canadian dollar.  I wouldn't come to Toronto either if I were them, given the stagnant rate (I was paying the same rate I pay Moonwaiting today when I first started seeing SPs, say about 10 years ago?) and then tag on the weakness in the currency.  

Maybe it is a good thing. I need to put a stop at this hobbying one way or another haha!  Glad I rode the tide during the golden era!
