Please read the FORUM RULES thread before posting any questions.

I hate it when people ask questions which are already clearly explained but they just didn't bother to read.
Its like buying Ikea furniture and ignoring the instruction guide, then calling customer service and complaining "why can't I assemble this".

You don't need a template for reviews. There's basically just 4 things that must be included. The Forum Rules clearly explains what they are.

As for the Forum Rules, its written bi-lingually. So as long as you have a highschool-level proficiency in either English or Chinese, then you won't have any trouble reading it, and it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes of your time.

I have about 101 postings, only 5 are not passed, so around 95% no issues. It is not difficult to get approved if you follow the 4 basic requirements. I am guilty of not reading it before myself...One thing I want to mention is after you read the 4 forum requirements rules, go into the incomplete/suspicious reviews tab and read the reasoning as to why reviews are moved there. Read both these sections and you will have a better understanding of how to review here. If you want you can look at my reviews as an example, but there's no special secret or template to approval.

#1 Give an age estimation of the girl
#2 Are the website pictures real or not, how accurate
#3 What type of girl is she, gnd, clubber, slutty,  natural, plastic, and describe the face best you can
#4 What is her body type, spinner, thicc, curvy, fat, stick, height and what you think of if her chest, natural or not and size

After you have these down look at your scores and see if you're following the 1-10 guideline appropriately.  Putting scores is not a requirement, if you feel you can't follow the 1-10 guideline well or people are complaining, scores might not be for you.

Next look at the shops you visit, are you always going to the same one and always being positive? This rule is because of shills, blame shills for this, because they keep reviewing the same shop positively.

If you've done all this you can expect to get approved most of the time. Hope this helps and I hope more of you will review, challenge my reviews, challenge others reviews with your experience, every real review is helpful
