I was tempted for the nuru service in her ad so decided to take a shot with no reviews. Following is my experience which can be a reference for other wolf bros.
Location: an old townhouse in Scarborough near the address shown in the ad. Visitor parking 2 mins walk away from the unit. Only herself in the house and the room was clean.
Face: Photos are her with PS. She has a small and oval face with big eyes; her chin is between sharp and round shape, nose is on the small side - both look not that natural and I won’t categorize them into pretty features (sigh…I had one moment to consider walking away when she opened the door); estimate at least an age of 30+ based on the wrinkles near her eyes. Overall her face belongs to a nightclub style with some plastic surgery.
Body: a pear type body, not slim but also not much fat. Skin is soft to touch; B cup tits feels like manmade but not very hard (not as big as you saw in her ad); Her hip is on the big & bubble side but I didn’t get enough chances to grab.
S/A: She kindly provided the tower and I took a quick shower myself, then she started to count the time with her phone. The service was started from massage on my back - she put some oil and the strength was ok. Overall there were no outstanding skills compared to some other half service MMs I have tried in the forum. After all these “body teasing” she jumped standing aside me and tried to do HJ with oil. At this point the mood was completely killed and I just wanted to get my ass out of here.

Repeat: NO. On the way back my feeling mostly was regretted and a waste of time & money.
