To me, meeting a non Asian in an Asian focus garage is just like orderig a hamburger from a chop-suey restaurant, you don't expect any high quality from that.

yeah, non-asian girl working in asian garage usually is because they have nowhere to go... mostly because of bad service and no agency wants to employ them any more

The opposite is true too.

Asians in non-Asian agencies are usually not good either.

Exactly!!!  But do you also notice that those asians working in non-asian shops are used to be not good looking with small eyes and short??  They would be considered as Pork Chop in our asian eyes but white guys love that.  I have ever asked my white friend why their taste is so different to us.  He explained me it was because all white girls are tall & big eyes with noting special to them.

Yes and no.  I think you are referring dimsum/kimchi in non Asian shop.  However, there are also MMs from south  Asian that are not always available in Asian shops.  True the quality of those MMs may not be comparable to Asian shops  but it's just demand and supply in different shops/markets.

I think most people here that refer to "Asian" are mainly talking about Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and to a lesser extent Vietnamese, Thai, etc.... basically people that might be mistaken for Chinese.

Technically, Indians and other dark skinned South Asians are Asians too, but that is probably not what guys mean when they are talking about Asians.

If we narrow it down to East Asians only (Chinese Korean Japanese), I agree with Bro Cumhere that the ones working at non Asian shops are usually not suitable for typical East Asian men's tastes.
