Why Nepotism has no place in Politics ?

Government leaders should not employ Nepotism , not good for Optics.

Case in Point, Chinese Nationalist leader Chiang used his SON all the time, gave him high position.

Now DT has the same tactic, uses his SON IN LAW Jared as Senior Adviser , without Senate confirmation hearing since he is NOT a Cabinet position in Name, but actual fact has more power than lots of other cabinet members via the BACK DOOR approach, sleeping with DT daughter.

Then funny thing that Chairman Mao sent his son to Korean War and died in the war.  What a contrast.
