Kitchen appliance features in China

Here we always have stove top, then oven under.

China they have feature in oven with STEAMER compartment.  That makes more sense for Chinese and healthy to replace BAKED and Fried (via Oil and Pot).  Of course one can use Air fryer to do that separately.
But steamer is definitely good in the oven.
