Ok, there was a wheel contact with another car which broke her left front wheel and she swerved right, hitting the guard rail. From then on, her car shot thru the air like a missile, at a faster rate than all other cars' driving speed.
This part I don't understand. How can the speed after impact be faster than other cars' travelling speed.
Post-impact speed should always be slower than primary speed, not faster. If I throw a ball towards a wall, it will bounce back, but the come-back speed cannot be higher than the initial speed of the ball travelling towards the wall. Can anyone explain this? |
