When a chef forgot to put on the Hat, inspector will remind with 2 way audio to tell the chef to put the hat on.
That is what I call monitoring 24/7, whenever the Health department wants to check the restaurant out.Apparently China has LINKS to restaurant reveiw with the LIVE video of how food is made in the Kitchen.
Man even customers can check out the cleanliness of the food that he/she eats, Good use of technology indeed.
