2018 FIFA World Cup Soccer Championship.

Third place was won by Belgium who beat England convincingly by 2 - 0.  England played the usual UNIMPRESSIVE SOCCER, and deservedly relegated to 4th which should be considered a miracle for soccer team of this caliber.

Just saw the lady president of Croatia on TV,
My decision is
Croatia 1  France 0,  President Macron is NO MATCH for Lady from Croatia .

Let us find out the match decision.

Heard from TV that Final match has scalper ticket price as high as 20K Usd.
GOD, I can get half of a car for that.
We need to start a revolution in MOSCOW.

It is "Viva la France!"  (Excuse me if my limited French made no sense)


France is now the 2018 FIFA World Soccer Champion!  The final score was 4 - 2.


Back in my #9 post, I forecast a final between Croatia and Brazil, but Brazil got knocked out by Belgium expectedly but France prevailed.

2018's FIFA World Cup Soccer has come to a close.


The best game was actually played between Brazil and Mexico to decide who would advance into the final 6.


Both side played "S. American style" soccer with short passes,  and immaculate ball control, especially Brazil.

It was unfortunate that Brazil lost to Belgium, otherwise the next good game should be Brazil Vs France, but it never materialized.

Don't think he should be blamed for aging players!  Soccer is a young man's game, that is why I am not playing anymore, and very soon, I will be a "vegetarian" too !
