On March 27th, 2018, PORSCHE DESIGN and HUAWEI launched a sophisticated smartphone dubbed Huawei MateRS Porsche Design at the opulent Grand Palais, Paris, France. This is one of the most expensive smartphones in the world and it is also one of the most powerful if not the most powerful. This afternoon, Huawei released the Super Flagship – Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design in China. Unsurprisingly, its pricing is cheaper than it is for Europe. The: 6GB+256GB version cost 9999 yuan ($1590) while the 6GB+512GB goes for 12999 yuan ($2067).

This smartphone is up to standard in terms of design, materials, and specifications. Huawei MateRS Porsche Design uses a 6-inch 2K OLED curved screen and it is powered by Huawei’s flagship processor – Kirin 970 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There is also a 512GB storage version which is the first ever smartphone to come with such a large storage capacity. In the camera department, this smartphone uses a triple rear camera setup just like the Huawei P20 Pro flagship. Indeed this phone is a true flagship killer.
