If 对称, i.e. one on each side, that is the probably the result of a surgical procedure; one for a "scope" for the surgeon to see the trouble spot, enlarged onto a monitor, the other one is for some kind of laser equipment for the surgeon to perform a surgical procedure.


I am not a surgeon, not even close, I just have an appetite for reading all kinds of junk.

Stretch is a long stretch, not one on each side, or "balanced" side by side.


Anyway, I have not met her, I am just guessing based on his description.
