當然是必须现金, 你想給支票嗎? 一般是事後給, 但如果是新客有很多MM都要求先給, 因為怕你做完就跑.

If you have bank account in China, and has APP AliPay or WechatPay. some shops will let me pay via mobile.
One that I know of is ASB for mm from CHINA (not taiwan, singarpore though).
No cash is necessary

But then mm may have problem going back through customs with lots of cash from you guys.

Even when electronic transfer may leave a bigger digital trail. The mobile pay may represent gifts from friends and relatives red pocket, haha.
