the cops are usually on routine route. That area constantly has cops driving around, my brother used patrol that area, they're more concern about car jacking.. as it happens pretty often there apparently

York Region means York Reginal Police, not OPP and not Metro Police.

Just like regular massage spa in Scarborough (Metro Police) closes at 9PM, Richmond Hill, Markham can stay late till 1 AM. Different jurisdiction different rules.

I saw couple times and went to have massage. It seems police never get into the spa.

I work near there and go to the Timmy’s all the time. Just park around the parking lot towards Best Western Hotel and walk over if your afraid to be spotted
