50K jobs and 5 Billion investment eligible.

But with Trump in power and Atlanta on the list, it is unlikely TO will be it.
Unless the 2nd HQ is for Outside of USA development.

Atlanta is on the opposite side of Seattle,  one at North West, the other South East.
With good infrastructure (busy airport, FedEx planes) , cheap land, nice weather, good Tech workers supply.  With warehouses over there, to complement East coast supply chain.  
I would say that is a good pick.

Doubt toronto will be the one man. Doesn't make sense to expand to canada yet.
