Any recommendations for Japanese buffet restaurant in Markham?
The preference is on the quality of food and price is not an issue.

Kaka in first Markham place on highway 7 and Sushi legend on Finch and Leslie in NY would be my top 2

You are not going to get quality at a buffet. If you want quality you should go with a restaurant that only does a la carte, izakayas are good. Or if you really want top quality go for omakase but those tend to be expensive.
