There is one concern I have, Apple states that "When connected to LTE, however, that talk time falls to “over 1 hour (from 3 hours when connected to iPhone.”
This is a pretty notable difference, it will likely hinder how many people use Apple Watch while connected to LTE.

That is TALK time, not Standby time. for 1 Hr LTE (without assistance from iphone)
Connect to iphone via blue tooth, lasts 3 hours.  So iphone juice for the LTE and bluetooth for watch.
