I can say President Xi is doing a good job both in helping the rural people to get out of poverty, building up infrastructure to speed up the movement of people in High Speed Rail, Car movements within Metro area by demolishing illegally built structure to make way,  constant subway building,  phasing out old cars to get rid of excessive exhaustion into the atmosphere.

When you look at TO,  is anyone really working to improve the car movements (no way to avoid its use in the suburbs as we could only depend on them),  TTC faster or more trains or streetcars and reliable Presto service,  multilevel highway structure like Shanghai that can rise up to 5 stories or higher,  restricting TRUCKS on the highway during RUSH hours  (both truck drivers and commuters will benefit, both parties do not get faster by coexisting during rush hours).

As to ex leader, President Obama is a clear leader compared to the useless TRUMP person.  Everything is relative, without TRUMP, people may not appreciate Obama.
