Right on Dicklee. She's an amazing girl indeed. When she's on top of her game, she's a top gem. Just as recent as two months ago, we were doing all sorts of crazy stuff and it was fun and hot at the same time. She seems to have mentally checked out during my last two visits and like the original poster, I too felt for her well beings.
It is just a shame that MW can't pace her a bit better, or perhaps it is Lena's idea to work as much as she could to make the money she needed. I remember some agencies, like my previous favourite TOE88, would give their girls a break once a week.
I do need to go and say goodbye before she goes back home though.
And good point about the lack of English skills. I thought she might have learned a bit during all this time here in Canada.. but i suppose she is only inside her unit talking to most people who aren't really good in English either haha. Roxy is the odd one out... her English skills improved remarkably during her first tour here.
The only thing lacking between Lena and I is the ability to communicate. I just saw a girl in Montreal and she spoke fluent English.... Natalie Portman lookalike and I was in love. Got her number and for sure I will see her again when I am there. I was so no used to being able to communicate with my lady of the night that I almost found it odd when i could! 
I was actually quite surprised to see her back here for this tour. Thought she was done for... and she's staying so long both times. Like you have said, it is hard to get out of this industry.. definitely takes discipline... for both sides of the bed.
