Just watched CBC about college tuition.
It is amazing that domestic or Canadian students pay only 6k for tuition and foreign students pay 46K.
Apparently Government restricts or controls the tuition to be charged for Canadians and there is no restriction on fees charged on outsiders.
If one needs to pay that much, should go to US instead.
Wonder if Seneca college charges the same HIGH amount.
Some mm goes for ESL , wonder if they have to pay much to get a student visa.
