Aren't you contradicting yourself? You said price is not a problem and then you say below 1000USD.

Glasses all look the same to me. There are only a few basic styles that you can choose no matter which brand you go with. If you go for name brand stuff you are paying ridiculously high profit margins because they just slap the name brand on a pair of generic glasses that probably costs $20 to manufacturer.
