Timing is everything, without matching tech, nothing is possible

We are now so dependent on Internet that one can do without Cable TV, magazine, newspaper, watches, even mobile transportation tools (think cars) but NOT INTERNET.

Good old days, when we had dial up modem, none of those YouTube video, netflex, online payment, discount brokage etc is possible.

Same thing applies to Cuba opening up.  Without matching development of tourist infrastructure, not too many tourists can go there.  Case in point,  all we got is the doubling of hotel rates when some rooms still do not have TOILET PAPER, expensive meals when food could be in shortage.
So some airlines that rushed in are either stopping the flights or reducing the size of the planes.

The only one benefiting from Cuba opening is Cruise lines.  Their ships are self contained PLANE, HOTEL, RESTAURANT and SHOW business.  ALL provided except land excursion trips on Cuba.
