In terms of growth in America? Which I suggest Alibaba should purchase a piece of huge, cheap land in USA for warehouse purposes. Such as in New Mexico or Colorado. That would speed up the delivery time at least by 2 weeks. Apply the same concept in Africa but there ain't volume of orders. Not possible in Europe as there're no cheap land.
