Preconstructed units used by Marriott Hotel too

China is a heavy user of PRE constructed material for building, notice that they can have buildings of multistory finished in a few weeks.
Their use is mainly pre casted concrete and put together via Nuts and Bolts.

On the other hand, recently Marriott hotel is trying to build their hotel/motel via Preconstructed Bath and Bedroom units all ready to go, and move into a building frame always setup using normal techology.  They find that the motel can be finished 2 months (or weeks, cannot remember) ahead of schedule.
Therefore getting income from the hotel EARLIER than expected.  More money to the bottom line.

How about TO learns from these guys to speed up the housing construct, especially in the middle of brutal Winter ?

US.  Not China.
Again mainly inside, like a Winnebago RV type.

I always wonder how the PRE would hold up in the long term. Has there been any study on how well the ones built in China is holding up?

How do you think highway are being constructed?
All used precast concrete.
You dare to drive on the highway?

Yea, but it seems more scary when the building is 100+ ft high. Probably the fear of the unknown
