Do you guys think the new law implemented on real estate is actually going to cool down the Toronto market? I sure don't think so. I don't think taxing foreign buyers is going to do anything.

Bubble will be bursted with some wind.

Currently more houses on the market and sellers are still hoping for high prices. But with more listings, it does not become sellers market.
