I agree that she was very mechanical. She's good at what she does, but it just seemed pretty fake, like she was acting like she's into it, rather than acting naturally. Also she kept asking for an extension, and that next time I come, make sure to book an hour...

Cannot really fault someone trying to UPSELL. Did you get this from all salesmen?
Look at the banks with all these phony accounts set up and encouraged by upper management with their management style. No sales, no job.
