Some of the smarter girls will work at different shops on different days. It allows them to figure out which is the best place to work and also gives them more negotiation leverage with the keeper knowing that she can sell her talents elsewhere. This strategy also allows them to gain more customers which they may ask for phone or wechat contacts so that one day she will go off independently and have her own extensive client list.
Or sometimes girls leaves one shop for another but tells the keeper that she is only taking time off temporarily so as to not burn her bridges. So the former shop keeps her on their ads and website.
If you want to know whether different shops are owned by the same keeper, the usual signs are that most or all of their advertised girls are the same, not just one. Furthermore the style of ad is usually very similar if 2 shops are owned by the same keeper because its the same person that did it. If you are inquisitive enough, you can also call and ask their location to see if its the same.
