I have the same preference too.  No light, no fun.
But sometimes mm found Ceiling light not good when they face the ceiling and I can understand.
If at all possible, open the curtain during daylight.

我有眼罩，呵
一般都是说怕拍照，我说光溜溜的，手机在裤袋里呢，MM就不出声了。太暗就掉头走，真的没必要继续，昏暗的基本不会回访了

我未試過佢，唔敢講，但以往經驗，遇過腹部有疤嘅女生，大都會遮遮掩掩，房間燈光較昏暗，佢下面又會亂草叢生，目的係染人耳目，再來招DFK 狂咀，又body slide, 等你無機會細心驗身，使你矇查查咁以為自己好有吸引力，上咗條新菜。
小弟在多倫多同HK都遇過，並不希奇！
