well... Wolf or not, you still want to keep your body in shape.
Do cardio and weight lifting is pretty obvious... if you want to keep your stamina up, i suggest you to do lots of cardio activities. (i.e. treadmill, tennis, squash, basketball, hockey, jog, etc).
If you want to do different position with MM, perhaps you want to build up your upper body to lift her up?
either way.. you need lower body strength as well for the thrust ..
lol.. don't do heavy drinking, get enough sleep, don't eat too much junk.. .it's the same as a regular human being |
