Some keepers hire amateur operators. I know a keeper of two C9 who hired someone (a housewife in Hamilton) to answer customers' calls. Every customer upon arrival and be given the buzz code, she will get ten bucks from the keeper.
There's tons of these guys around. Lazy greedy guys who want to make easy money without any work or investment. They go around striking these referral deals with C9 MMs and then go out and pretend they have their own garage and put up ads with fake pics and outrageous desciptions. Half of all wechat ads is itune scams, the other half is this kind. C9 MMs will always accept these offers because they feel that they have nothing to lose and willing to accept any kind of customer from any source.
