I have seen both girls a few times.
IMHO Lohan is better for face and body.
Lush is almost unbeatable for service.

Agreed, on both counts.

I think from a physical attributes perspective, Lohan is a class or two ahead of Lush.  

I don't recall the service level from Lohan but her BBBJ was good and a bit of a surprise. Lush is the well renowned service queen so I am not surprised if I asked 100 people and they all came back with Lush being superior in her service.

Maybe I should write more reviews so I can remember these girls better!

No, I have not tried them. I don't hobby a lot, only when my gf is not in town for month of so.
