Since I work downtown and there are days where I need to escape during working hours, foudn out this agency is rather near.

First time was so so, 27 year old, decent looking, quick 30 min of fun

Second time was terrible

Keeper kept promising 27 25 year old, two to pick from, sounded very confident

So I went, open door, one looked 40 other looked 35. And ugly looking c9s too

My advice to keeper is. Dont upsell your c9s and claim they r 27

Things just never change at June's.  Same old lines hustling you to visit with untruths. Old school mentality  always looking for the quick buck at the expense of customer dissappointment.

Yes. Unfortunately that is how old school keepers operate. They have this no-tomorrow mentality that is deeply ingrained from a lifetime of hustling. Concepts like customer relationships, long-term strategies, business reputations are completely unknown to them. Their mentality is that for all they know they could be in jail, dead, or on the run tomorrow, so it makes sense to try to screw the customer over and get as much as possible right now.

Its unfortunate because these shops do have gems sometimes. You just can't trust the keeper. My recommendation is one needs 平常心 and also an understanding of how they operate. Don't call and ask the keeper if they have anything good because they will always say yes. Don't even call to ask if a certain MM is available because these keepers will say anything to get you into the door. Only go if you have time to spare and ready to walk out if you don't see what you like. Only go if you can resist high pressure sales tactics.

Keep in mind that June's place has been around for years so they must have something going for them. Just know that its a hit or miss type of place and go if you want to throw the dice.

It's probably good for thuggish looking guys with a lot of free time on their hands, who seem to always "hang out" there.

Most others would prefer a turn-key operation that allows them to go in, fuck, get out amongst their busy schedule.

There use to be 3 main parade players downtown.  1 shut down and "the Dailo is the on run" from the pow pow.  

Correct regarding the mindset required to frequenting these parade shops.  Old School parade shops cater to a totally different clientel vs condo "new school" shops.   A wolf use to "new school" shops would be dissapointed and taken horrified of the surroundings  and exposure to other wolves, traffic and parade of mms.

The very fact June is advertising now means business is trending down.   While the other long surviving shop remains private and entry requires trusted existing client sponsorship.
