Discrete location with dim but multiple street and building lights. Ample street parking available and plenty of low-mid luxury cars were visible. Concierge was available in the building but was not a hassle. Building numbers were not in any particular order and the correct facility was difficult to locate the first time.

Saw Amber last week. The low score for booking was because the keeper kept ignoring my English texts. She would then respond in Chinese and asked to WeChat instead after which she ignored me again. I was able to get an appointment only after calling in. I was also texted the address only 30 min before the appointment and then asked if I could make it earlier (I live >30 min away, she wanted me to get there in 15 min).Once inside though, Amber was a pleasure to work with. She's petite with a cute face and a busty body, and offers a wider variety of services than the usual kimchi including CIM, water flute, DFK and sometimes rimming (YMMV). Unfortunately she also has a deeper voice, which is typical in a lot of korean girls, but which I find unattractive. Her photos on the website are ~80% accurate - irl, she has a flatter face, and prefers to keep her hair tied up. She has a C cup bust (manmade, firm) with small round and perky nips, and very accentuated hips that sit atop slender legs.SF2 was regular, with ~30 seconds of water flute. Inside the room, I asked her to keep her nightslip and heels on, which she willingly obliged, and popped her beautiful breasts out of the top. BBBJ, then 69. She was shaved, wet, and really nice to eat, but her BBBJ technique was sub-par. I've had $60 meals that did a better job. It was like being treated to a BBBJ by a high school girl using you to learn (but hey you might like that). RCG followed, then CG, then doggy. There was a mirror at the foot of the bed so that was nice to watch the action. She came in doggy, then offered to finish me with a BBBJ. Because her technique wasn't too polished, I almost couldn't finish, and told her to do a HJ/CIM instead, which she did. The session ended with another shower, then hugs and kisses. No massage was offered, which I thought was abnormal in a kimchi routine.
I had a great time with Amber, but she let me down in service quality, and was a fun, but not amazing lay. Plus the 150hh rate was 10 more than I would have preferred to pay for this meal. She is one of the most petite girls I've ever been with (points for that!), but I am a FFker and would probably not repeat.

The building is located near a very, very popular supermarket (I'm sure everyone on 747 knows which one I'm talking about) and has multiple agencies operating in it, which make it a bit annoying to be discreet. I automatically assume every male entering the building is a wolf.

This is a late review from last year. Bebe was working for BH69 when I met her, then she went to work for ED. Nowadays I have no idea where she works or if she went back to Korea.Booking was simple, and I always love working with BH's keeper, who is a personal favorite of mine since she responds quickly and is very accommodating.
The photos of Bebe posted on ED are her, there is very little PS work done and her face really is that sharp. She has a natural (I think) C cup, medium length reddish hair, and really smooth skin. Services included SF2, BLS, BBBJ, HJ, and a massage. No other extras were offered and I did not ask at the time. Her BBBJ skills were touted as one of the best in the business and I can attest to this. She had great suction, expert use of teeth, and would provide a near PSE-level BBBJ that involved long licks along the shaft while looking up at you. Her English was pretty good, and she had a fun, bouncy personality. I would definitely repeat again, if only just to see if her BBBJ skills have gotten even better.
