Quickcode reader question?

Use one on Magazine, no issue. Get the URL ok.

Is there a different one to use on TV screen. Somehow it did not pick it up. Mine is FHD, so do not know what the issue is.

May be code specific.
Try to scan another code on the SAME magazine, not working. Do they test these before they print it or put on TV ???? Where are the testers?
