Amazing GPS technology

My issue with my package delivered by USPS (post office) by Amazon was raising my blood pressure.

After 4 days and so many calls to Amazon, created a trouble ticket at post office yesterday.
Today got call from post office and said that the package was dropped wrong at my neighbor who DID NOT take the package to me on MONDAY, knowing that it was wrongly delivered.
Reason post office can do so, they records GPS location of the package where it was dropped off.  So it knew that the contractor did that.  So technology can do wonders.

Now only if they can put a Bar Code or better the QUICK CODE on each MAIL BOX to confirm the correct delivery to the right house.  WE can start petition US POST OFFICE to do so , so no one needs to be frustrated by HUMAN ERROR.

DO not give up, but now I have 2 package of same thing from Amazon.  Who is paying for this mistake?  Amazon sadly.
