WHy? They did not receive strictly mentality training.  Unlike those chinese, receiving Marxism 马克思列宁主义 and 毛泽东思想 every week for their concentrated training in Chinese education institution,
MM does not need to receive this kind of training.
You know Korean mms more or less the same
WHY?
You may say maybe there have received military training before the job.
But i would say their Korean culture plays a more important role.
