Newbie please note about contacting MM etiquette

Until recently I had a feature phone which can text but really hard to do.  Therefore I never Text.

Now that I finally got a smartphone.  Really find it handy to SMS.

Please we should all (may be I was the only one that called) use text to book with MM.
1. keep the conversation private from others near you.
2. avoid annoying the building residents, especially the popular Markham condo that may really want to restrict visitors there by offering one entrance door for visitors and another for residents only. We need to keep low profile and courteous to others (which I was not using a feature phone).  Any further bad behavior may cause further revolt from the management committee to enforce more restriction and there goes our hunting privileges.
3. any one using prepaid may find the Rogers $100 unlimited texting a cheap way to do so.  (sorry for the plug, but cannot resist a good deal).
