I think it is much higher than 20.  I myself visited over 6 and mutiple times each.  Afraid condo mgmt will eventually require visitor to sign in and check with the unit owner before they let people in.

Do you know most of them are full service or only half like lily and sisi.  I think management office will go this way if most of them provide fs.

Most provide FS.  Sisi only HS I know, Lily only HS I read.  The bldg is really well designed and located.  Old listing said 270K for 1 BR, now some Bro mentioned is 300K.  Shame if management wants not to keep all these LOVE away.  So BRO please keep low profile and be discrete.  I even learn how to use SMS for this reason instead of annoying residents from talking at the front door.  BE POLITE and COUTEOUS.
